These beams strike the steel's surface in its original state, ensuring thorough cleanup. This process swiftly removes corrosion layers, welding slag, oxidation skin, and dirt, achieving a specified surface roughness and smoothness. As a result, the paint film adherence to the steel surface is enhanced, and the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel are significantly improved.

The system integrates several critical units for seamless operation: the cleaning room, indoor/outdoor conveying roller conveyors, a high-efficiency shot recycling system (comprising an elevator, separator, vertical and horizontal screw conveyors), and a state-of-the-art dust removal system ensuring environmental compliance.
