Customized Low Profile CDLR Rotary Turntable Conveyor

This Low Profile System consists of an Infeed CDLR, a Turntable Conveyor, and an Outfeed CDLR to transport pallets efficiently. Designed for ground-level operations, the line height is reduced down to 250 mm.
Turntable Conveyor
Turntables provide a method of changing pallet travel direction by rotating the pallet through any angle from 90° up to 180° when handling lines intersect. Unlike chain transfers, turntables maintain pallet orientation throughout the intersection and can reverse orientation or allow pass-through.
