Advanced Vertical Conveying

The TD bucket elevator consists of a running section (buckets and traction belt), an upper section with a drive drum, a lower section with a tension drum, a middle casing, a drive unit, and a backstop brake. It is suitable for conveying loose, non-abrasive or semi-abrasive bulk materials with a bulk density ρ < 1.5 t/m³, such as coal, sand, coke fines, cement, and crushed ore.

Structure: The TD bucket elevator offers two types of drive units, equipped with either a YZ type reducer or a ZQ (or YY) type reducer. The YZ type shaft reducer is directly mounted on the main shaft head, eliminating the need for a transmission platform and couplings, resulting in a compact and lightweight structure. It also features an internal shaped roller backstop for reliable backstop protection. This reducer operates with low noise and smooth operation, and floats with the main shaft, eliminating installation stress.
