1. Raw Material Processing Section: The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder and so on. This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation: This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. Used for making steel mesh required for plates, manual hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
3. Pouring and pre-curing section: This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
4. Cutting section: The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body together with the side plate is placed on the cutting car, and the cutting molding of the product is completed by side, horizontal and vertical cutting.
5. Autoclaving section: The assembled cakes are sent into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging: The cakes that have been steamed out of the autoclave are sorted, palletized, packed and transported to the storage yard.
