We are a specialized enterprise engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of patented mineral processing spiral concentrators. Currently, we produce six types of mineral processing spiral concentrators: Type F, Type H, Type L, Type M, Type T, and Type X, targeting various mines involved in the processing of ferrous and non-ferrous minerals.
The most prominent feature of our products is their ability to efficiently recover the ultra-fine grained refractory minerals using physical processes, particularly those that are lost as tailings from shaking tables or felted chute systems.
Our mineral processing spiral chute efficiently recovers fine-grained minerals via physical processes. For beach sand zircon-titanium ore, the heavy mineral recovery rate reaches over 98% with only 20% rough concentrate. The hard and wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) surface ensures a service life of up to 20 years.

Initial enrichment of titanium resources and removal of gangue, providing qualified feedstock for subsequent beneficiation and supporting improvement of overall titanium resource recovery efficiency.

Enriched gold grade from 0.89ppm to 4.4ppm (5 times enrichment). Recovery rate of 87.11%, with 83% of tailings successfully pre-discarded.

Produces cobalt concentrate with a grade of 0.3-0.4% from raw ore containing only 0.03%. Recovery rate exceeds 92% while discarding 83% of tailings.
