Digital Manufacture Management System (DMS): The entire system adopts the DMS. After data collection via CNC machine tools, AOI, ICT/FCT, and electronic tags, information is uploaded to the DMS system. This integration supports digital safety early warning, electronic kanban, mobile office, and electronic SOP.
The core functions of the DMS platform include document management, electronic approval, electronic seals, and data collection. Extended functions cover quality management, product traceability, and performance management. The assembly line is equipped with lifting and transplanting machines, return plate elevators, and transition belt conveyors, reaching speeds up to 18m/min.
Two circulation modes are available:
- Plane Circulation: Uses lifting/transplanting machines and transition belt conveyors for efficient tooling plate movement between lines.
- Up-and-Down Circulation: Utilizes return plate elevators at both ends, replacing manual movement and significantly improving production efficiency.
With over a decade of dedicated effort, our technical team specializes in end-to-end automation coating solutions, including spray painting lines, electrophoresis lines, and drying lines. Our facility spans 35,000 square meters, supporting comprehensive R&D and quality management systems.
