Composed of a traction chain, carriages, spreaders, aerial guide rail, and driving/tensioning devices. It features a simple structure and strong stability, allowing arbitrary turns in both horizontal and vertical planes. Ideal for medium and small-scale painting lines.

Equipped with a double-layer guide rail: an upper traction track and a lower load track. The load trolley moves forward along the load track pushed by hooks on the traction chain, allowing for flexible accumulation and transport control.

Specifically used in pretreatment and electrophoresis lines. It eliminates pollution to the workpiece surface and tank liquid. Its 45° entry/exit angle reduces tank length requirements and works seamlessly with skids fixed on U-shaped support rods.

Capable of rotating vehicle bodies 180° during tank entry (bottom facing up) and rotating back 180° upon exit. The guide rail and load-bearing traction chain are aligned, utilizing specialized skid support bracket seats and locking mechanisms.
